You never brushed us off, you were always happy to hear from us and nothing was too big a deal for you to check into. You returned every phone call we made and every email we sent. We were never left wondering when we would hear from you and you kept us up to date at all times. That is very refreshing these days, to feel like we are valued clients.

I can honestly say that we am extremely happy with your service and what you have done for us given that we are over 1000km away from the property. I am very impressed and thank you for sticking with us through this process.

Thanks also for referring me to a property manager who has also been outstanding in helping us. She goes to our property regularly and checks everything is to her satisfaction (and she is very picky - which is fantastic).

So thank you again Gloria, you have been so fantastic and have taken away all our stress throughout the process and shown us that there are still people like you out there who do actually care about their clients, even after we signed on the dotted line.

Margaret (The Best Kind Of Shopping A Girl Can Do)

I've always had an interest in property and over the years I had bought and sold properties in Canberra and NSW - but never Queensland. Then I met Gloria - what a power house of knowledge and experience - better still what a delightful person, and now almost 10 years on what a good friend as well.

My first "shopping" trip to Queensland resulted in the purchase of a great property in Brisbane, the capital growth on which quickly enabled me to go shopping with Gloria a second time, and then a third in Gold Coast!!!!

So now I'm sitting pretty - my own home here in Sydney and three investment properties in Queensland - all making me money for my retirement. What's more my properties in Queensland cost me less out of my pocket than I expected (especially with rents rising so fast right now) - so there's also more money each week for other shopping!!!

At the age of 21 I had saved up to buy a motor bike. My mother refused to let me have my bike and made me put it into an investment property on the Gold Coast.
